Not great this time, started with one technician then another took over and he made the nails different lengths. The shapes aren’t great and the paint is a bit messy. He also got up and went to the bathroom halfway through without saying anything before or after, which I found a bit rude

Salon itself is pretty so I was looking forward to getting my nails done. Right off the bat, they weren’t friendly/welcoming.
I sat down and the first thing I noticed was the work station was pretty grubby. The glass separating the client and technician, the hand rest, and tools were dirty. The worst was the drying lamp that was dirty on the outside and sticky on the inside. Also the cuticle trimmers aren’t cleaned between clients.
The nails were unevenly filed and polish sloppily applied.
