I have been coming to Amy’s nails for years, my last experience was not very good, I was shoved into a very small room with no windows, all the staff were coming in to the room and grabbing their coats and bags speaking very loudly and was just a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Considering I’m a loyal customer I haven’t been made to feel comfortable whatsoever my nails were very rushed and I had about 3 different therapists doing my nails.
