I showed up for a pedicure appointment on the 15.7.24 that I had booked in person with one of the owners, at the salon on the 13.07.24. I was told by the staff member who appeared to be in charge that my name was not in the diary and they could not accommodate me. I spoke to one of the owners and was told the system had not registered the booking and unfortunately they could not fit me in. Clearly annoyed due to the inconvenience, I received an apology and a promise of a discount next visit
