Nail art and skills ok. To improve : Cleaning. Infection control measures. Staff doesn’t wash their hands from each client to another. Work space not clean properly.

I had a lovely warm welcome from both the female manager and male technician. The private was quick but thorough.
I was amazed how the manager kept so professional when another customer was rude in tone throughout the French tip service- some people just need to pay what’s expected! Thank you for great service.
