I appreciate the convenience of online booking and that appointments usually run on time. However, many clients book during lunch breaks and have limited time, so starting and finishing on schedule is important. I also enjoy the friendly atmosphere, but frequent staff conversations during appointments can affect focus. From my experience, the quality of the nails is better when the technician is fully focused.
