I was disappointed with the constant chat between my technician and another in a foreign ( Vietnamese maybe)language, and another technician sat next to mine technician and they were chatting loudly the whole time that I would say it WASN’T a client centered approach at all and I found that to be quite RUDE.The ambience is very pleasant in that nail bar but that loud chatting has spoilt my overall experience as the CLIENT should always be the centre of attention.
