I’ve been coming to Amy’s Nails for years and was always really satisfied with the service, however I’ve noticed a drop in quality in the last year.
My appointment yesterday was not a great experience. I felt the process was really rushed, some nails are lumpy/crooked and I was met with a lot of hostility when I asked to try a couple of colours out and if I could have my nails a bit thicker.
I feel I can’t justify coming here anymore unfortunately so will be looking for a new salon.
