I go to Amy every 3 weeks, but this last time my nails were awful. It hasn't even been a week since I got them done and it looks like it's been 4 weeks. There's excess gel on the cuticles and the shape is horrible.

it's a shame that we need to go through Instagram to get a chance to book a proper appointment to get a design. The technician told me off for it and when I selected a simple French tip still huffed and puffed! Make it simple for your customers!
