Had a brilliant experience with Emma. She really paid attention to the health of my nails and was happy to change what I had booked (and refund the difference) to keep my nails the best they can be! Emma worked quickly but did not compromise on quality, best BIAB I've had and I've been to a few places trying to find someone who is as good as Emma!
