Ingrid was great, very friendly, professional, looked after me the whole time I was there, making sure my experience was good. She did exactly what I wanted with my hair, whilst also training someone else. Very happy.

This is my third time visiting and will be my last. Last time martina did my hair who was a perfectionist. When I arrived my coat wasn’t taken I had to hang it up myself and collect it. I had my hair washed by a lady who didn’t ask me once if the water temperature was ok. I felt my hair was rushed no product was used on my hair after it was washed. My hair was dried then cut I have never had this service. No offer of a drink. They charge high prices and not a professional or friendly service.
