I have thick hair not easy To cut I think I needed someone more experienced. She did try to please.

Great haircut, was a little surprised she did a blow dry first then cut the hair but seems to have worked as I like my cut.

Ingrid was really good - she understood exactly what I wanted with few words. Overall the haircut and treatment was one of the best ones I've had in only 40 mins (normally most hairdressers take an hour for my hair) without losing any quality. And the price is really good value for money.
