Dirty, empty. The stylist didnt listen to my request at all and poor technique when cutting my hair, and was rough when applying the treatment which really hurt my scalp. I wasnt offered any tea or coffee, and her mother stared at me which made me uncomfortable. Dont go to this salon you will waste your money and time
