Overall experience was good. The masseuse, Opal was great! Very effective techniques and pressure. However, the overall ambience could be better as music from outside the room could be heard. As previously mentioned by others, her phone rang twice during the session which affected the ambience and did not seem professional. An improvement on these 2 aspects would be great.
