Opal is friendly and the salon is clean. The products used did smell nice. My appt was 15 mins late which Opal was apologetic for and I understand things don’t always run on time. However I thought the facial massage was a waste of money. Barely any pressure was applied, and barely any time was spent on my forehead, temples and nose. Most attention was on my jawline. I’d ask for more pressure next time or go elsewhere tbh as I’ve had better ones in other salons
