Violet was friendly - That is where the "good" part of my review ends. The poor quality of wax combined with a really poor competency made for a painful wax with mostly broken hairs. The "thoroughness" was Violets' method of using a built up amount of wax in very small sections - The wax was so built up resulting in setting thick and hard (doesn't help that the wax being used poor quality), that she struggled to pull it off. She did not cleanse or prep the area at all. Sorry but not returning!

they spoke quite broken english (which is fine, but can be quite confusing) they also kept forgetting which treatments i was getting done which made me feel like i was being neglected- but the actual results are fantastic and at a good price. i would not recommend having the lash lift though as it didn’t do too much for me and it’s expensive.

Very thorough and careful wax with lots of checking in. Not the quickest treatment I've had but this was balanced out with the quality.
