they spoke quite broken english (which is fine, but can be quite confusing) they also kept forgetting which treatments i was getting done which made me feel like i was being neglected- but the actual results are fantastic and at a good price. i would not recommend having the lash lift though as it didn’t do too much for me and it’s expensive.

Very thorough and careful wax with lots of checking in. Not the quickest treatment I've had but this was balanced out with the quality.
