Lovely atmosphere in the salon. I’d originally booked with Priya who had carried out a lovely pedicure for me previously and was very engaging. I was switched to Hugo online but it was another lady who treated me and I wasn’t given her name! She manicured my nails nicely with a gentle touch and applied gel polish. She was pleasant but didn’t engage in conversation. I was very happy with the results. It was also a nice touch to be offered a tea or coffee.

The facial was ruined by too much digging into my skin with nails to get blackheads out ( i was in pain most of the time )It left my skin red and with marks even few days after the facial. I had facials before and never one as bad as this one. This is my second experience with Priya and never coming back for beauty treatment with her.
