The receptionist said there were no appointments on the day I called. I opened the Treatwell app and booked an appointment for an hours time. I don’t know what that’s about, and it would seam the receptionist is still a major criticism of this otherwise good establishment. Oh and the increase in price is seriously making me reconsider using them again, even after using them for over 5 years.
