I booed a 30 min massage and 30 min facial. I was the last appointment of the day and granted I was 5 minutes late, however I did feel like my treatments were quite rushed. The first therapist didn’t introduce herself or have any sort of consultation however the massage she gave me was amazing! Although came to an abrupt end when she pointed at a dressing gown and said that my next treatment was upstairs, bit of a shame as I was all relaxed and had to get up and move to a different room. Other therapist was the same no introduction or consultation, and towards the ends she applied a mask and walked out of the room for nearly 10 minutes and didnt say anything so after lying there for a while I presumed it was over..? I started to get dressed and she came back and said she wasn’t finished and told me to lie down again. Both treatments were great minus the outside noise and the disruption and confusion wasn’t the totally relaxing blissful evening I had been so looking forward to
