The staff, particularly the front desk lady, tend to be curt - a bit short with everyone, I wonder if this is cultural & not personal. The Thai massage was ok, I prefer a really full pressure massage but I didn't get this, even when I asked for more pressure. It was relaxing but it didn't relieve any of my stress & back pain, so for that I don't think it was worth it as in Thailand this type of massage would actually relieve back pain.
