Terrible facial, I did not feel at ease at the venue. She was clumsy, dropped very hot water which was supposed to be used for steaming over the floor and my shoes, that was the end of the steaming process! All the products she used stank, I started worrying about her damaging my skin. I'll never return that's for sure.

Had my usual leg, bikini and underarm wax - was great can't fault it.
This time added an eyebrow shape too and was a disaster.... Eyebrows too thin and uneven - Somehow one looks higher than the other?! Had to go back to get it fixed and now have even thinner brows - not good.
Will be sticking to basic waxing from now on.
