I would say to my friends to go there. I have been a few times, and I am always happy about the treatments I had. Very nice, relaxing and all professional.

I had a massage here a few months ago and decided to buy a few gift vowchers as gifts. I was not told at the time that there would be any issues buying gift vowchers for other people to use. When i visited on the 16th December there was a board at reception stating they were open boxing day and the 27th and onwards. When i called a few days later to book a massage i was told they were not going to open till 5th January. I was told i could use the vowchers after they expire if i paid an extra £5 per vowcher. I asked to speak to the manager/owner as i wasn't happy about paying this extra £5 when they had decided to change their xmas opening times/days. Staff called me back on the 23rd saying i could use the vowchers without paying the £5 as long as i used them the week of the 5th Jan. I agreed to this and then booked the appointments for our massages the week of the 5th. We then received a call from Aimee making an issue about the name on one of the vowchers, i tried to explain that it was a spelling mistake by her staff and i didn't think it would be such an issue when i bought the vowchers. I was asked to bring ID when attending for the massage which i agreed to do. I then decided to also book an appointment for myself and called on the 8th Jan, received a phonecall from Aimee on the 9th Jan saying that i would have to pay the £5 charge, i explained that this had already been resolved on the 23rd December, she completely refused to acknowledge the fact that she had agreed to this and refused to listen to what i was saying, constantly speaking over me which really frustrated me and i did raise my voice. She then told me that she was not going to speak to me until i had calmed down and cut me off. I then called back about 30minutes later and left a message with her staff asking for her to call me back. I received no call at all and we turned up on Saturday 10th Jan for our massages, my friend arrived first 10 minutes before the appointment and was asked to wait. I then arrived at 4pm and was told that we could not use these vowchers because they had expired and the name thing came up again......my friend asked to speak to the owner and the receptionist spoke to the owner in another language while we stood there and we were told that she did not want to speak to us. I then asked for them to give me a refund for the vowchers if they weren't going to give us our treatments, i was told the vowcher had expired and therefore they would give me my money back This went on for about 20 minutes before Aimee agreed to speak to my friend and i think this was only because customers were able to hear what was going on as they came into the reception area..... after another 10 minutes of speaking to Aimee he was told that we could have our treatments if we apologised to her staff even though we had not been rude, abusive or disrespectful.....she also wanted us to pay the £5 charge which we agreed to as my friend had travelled some distance to get there.
She treid to offer us a half an hour massage although our vowcher was for an hour body massage, i said that it had to be the full hour and if she had spoken to us to begin with we would not be in this situation. I am really disappointed in the way the staff and Aimee have treated us and i will urge everyone to be very careful when dealing with these people. They have no customer service skills, they lie to cover their backs, they do not have any interest in their customers just their money. I will certainly not be visiting this place again and will be telling all my family and friends to stay away after i recommended them so highly afew months ago. Completely ruined our massages and stressed me out for no reason at all. The ladies carrying out the massages are actually really good but the owner and receptionist ruin it ;/(
Was very pleased with this massage. This is a small massage salon in Chiswick. Staff were polite and friendly. I had a short wait for my massage, the massage quality was excellent and it was good to see I was given the full time (often other places stop a little early) Great value massage, would definitely come again.

The staff were warm and professional. I really enjoyed my facial and she tailored it to what my skin needed. Top job!
