Had great expectations of the spa as I met some of the therapists last year at a promotion at Westfield.
Went in for a back neck and shoulder massage which was great, however the music stopped half way though?
Had a pedicure too, the room was cramped and felt cluttered with things, the whirlpool didn't work and I felt like a lick of paint wouldn't go a miss - the units had chipped paint etc.
The pedicure was alright but my feet are a bit sore where she scrubbed them, the length and snape was perfect but the paint job wasn't 100%. Would return for another massage.

Staff was nice, but didn't ask me if I had tension somewhere particularly so the massage wasn't the best for me! No belly massage!
