Massage was good. Went to visit once again and the customer service was appalling. The women proceeded to yell at me as I hadn't confirmed the voucher number before arriving and said she would normally cancel me but did not this time round. This speech lasted a good few minutes where she would not let me speak. This was a horrible way to start a relaxing massage and really ruins the experience. Need to have much better customer service skills.
