I felt relaxed the moment I pushed the door, and the pregnancy massage did not disappoint! 1h30 of pure bliss, I hadn't even realised I had so much tension in my legs until the masseuse started her magic. I highly recommend, and I might even try to schedule a 2nd one in the few weeks left of my pregnancy.

The good - Thai combination massage was excellent. Room and therapist clean and professional.
The bad - pretty much like what every other review said. Customer service needs to be improved. Didn't feel particularly welcomed and staff came off cold which is a shame as the massage was excellent. It's no biggie but would improve the experience greatly.
