The good - Thai combination massage was excellent. Room and therapist clean and professional. The bad - pretty much like what every other review said. Customer service needs to be improved. Didn't feel particularly welcomed and staff came off cold which is a shame as the massage was excellent. It's no biggie but would improve the experience greatly.

Really nice relaxing massage, I almost fell asleep. I got a bit lost on the way and arrived a little late expecting a shortened appointment, but they gave me a full hour anyway.
