Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Really relaxing massage and the facial was great. I will definitely be coming back! Only slight downside was the treatment rooms at ground level were a little noisy and you could hear other customers coming in and out. Downstairs for the massage this wasn’t a problem. Overall a wonderful experience
