Hi,I booked for the first time this salon as my local in Chiswick wasn't available, the lady who waxed me was very professional and did a very good job, sadly I can't remember her name but she deserves a big thank you!
The lady at reception is another story though, I rarely experienced someone with such a rough and impolite tone working at a reception desk. I've asked her why the price was 4 pounds higher than advertised on Treatwell, she said that I had requested buttocks which was additional (first time i hear this when having a brazilian). I said something like oh, suprising, but she didn't say anything. She then looked at my Amex and said abruptly "no Amex" and then I said, oh really, you don't take amex? to which she responded screaming "no, we don't take AMEX!!!", by this point sadly, I knew I wouldnt be coming back to that place anymore, especially for the price paid. I paid with my credit card and left.Shame as the waxing professional was very good.
