I have to give one star as the owner cancelled my booking. I paid for my treatment 2 weeks in advance I was looking forward to it and then the owner cancelled me for no reason the day before. They did not apologise or try to rearrange. However tw have great customer service and refunded me. I would try tw again but not this owner. They have a few to try in Barnet.
Very pleased with the service and staff, Amie is very friendly and a very good therapist. Thank you for my wonderful treatment.
Such a lovely facial, my skin feels so lovely and soft afterwards and amie is very good at what she does
