The staff were lovely and she did a great job on my eyebrow shape, but I asked for light/medium brown tint and I left with black eyebrows, which looks very weird and unnatural with my fair hair. I also was left with tint all over my eyelids following my eyelash tint as she didn't wipe away the excess. So all in all, it's good for threading, but don't go there for tinting.

Atmosphere was pleasant and Gopi was great very attentive and responsive when doing my nails. She asked about my preferences and made suggestions. The pedicure was very good as well, downstairs so quieter and relaxing. An overall good experience
