I had a brilliant experience at Amia. I made the mistake of misreading the confirmation and assuming I had booked a salon called Belle Aime which is around the corner in ealing Broadway. So I was in fact very late for my appointment at Amia but they were so lovely about it and made me a cup of tea when I arrived. My therapist was really nice, and she painted my toes really well. It was particularly touching that they were so nice to me at Amia considering I had actually been in the wrong salon (belle Aime) for 25 minutes and the therapist in there had got as far as shaping my nails before before I realised I was in the wrong salon. I was in the verge of tears walking into Amia because the women working at Belle Aime had completely ripped me off and treated me very badly, the therapist had refused to paint my nails due to a small tear in the nail on my big toe - they then took my twenty pound note and gave me £2 change. When I said 'but you have only done half a job?' They answered that the deal was £18 and no I couldn't come back another day when my toe had healed to have my nails painted. I've never been treated so badly. So the advice - never go to Belle Aime in ealing, but definitely go to this salon - Amia Hair and beauty! Lovely service and a great job.
Staff was very professional, wax hurt a little as I hadn't waxed in a while but the lady made me feel very comfortable and eased me in. Got a Brazilian, looked great after. Definitely Good value for price and will definitely go back :) already booked an appointment for 2 of my friends.
