Although the hair stylist was very nice and seemed very confident and experienced, it was obvious when I walked in the door that they had no idea I was coming. The stylist rushed through cutting my hair while another client was in the middle of having her hair colored. I paid for a wash, hairstyle, and blow dry. The stylist asked if I had washed my hair that morning and suggested just wetting it since it was already clean (ok, but not what I paid for/expected). I brought several photos of hairstyles I liked but the stylist was too busy trying to rush through to take time to find out what I really wanted. I walked out with a haircut that I did not request, styled in a way that I would never repeat because it does not fit the lifestyle I lead, with no instruction or input on how to style it in the future. Sadly, it was a frustrating experience.

Excellent value for money and a ready treat pick me up - especially after shopping like we did! Love that l was able to book this appointment the day before and choose the time l wanted all online without having to make a call. Had a text confirmation with the address which was very useful as not to faff looking at the email.
I had a deluxe pedicure and it was absolutely lovely. The salon is clean, the staf is friendly and I will definitely visit again.
