From the minute I got there to when I left I was well looked after. All the staff member there were extremely nice and accommodating. Will definitely be going there again
Before treatment, the stylist asked whether I wanted the "normal" keratin treatment which I had paid for online or the "better" Nano Keratin treatment which would cost an additional £40 - feeling a bit like I was either going to make a good or bad choice, I obviously opted for the extra charge. I am very disappointed. I have had 5 keratin treatments in the past so I know what to expect. My hair feels almost no different to when I walked into the salon and in fact it feels at the stage when I start thinking that I need to book a treatment. If I were to rate it on a 1 - 10 scale (1 being the worst), compared to all previous treatments, I would give it a 2 and I will now having to pay again to book a treatment in another salon! Sorry, hate having to give a bad review but it is honest - I didn't have a problem with the staff or salon, just the product.
