I have had the waxing combo done hear twice and I am very happy with the results. The lady was friendly and the environment was relaxing. They provide a great efficient service at an affordable price. I'll be back here again.
No one was at the desk when I walked in and I was ignored by two members of staff who were with other clients but who saw me. I then was told that my booking hadn't shown up on the system, but it didn't seem to matter. I was then shown into a room which did not seem clean. I was under the impression this was a Lycon hot was, but it was basic strips. I had to stop mid-way through as the waxer was brutally ripping the strips from my sensitive area! I pointed out that I thought it was Lycon, which is far less painful. she said that is more expensive, so I ended up paying an extra £3 to have Lycon, but not before she left me with wax on me to go check on her system. I felt she was then annoyed with me and didn't pay much attention to what she was doing. When I checked at home there was lots of bits of wax left on me, and patches of hair left. it was also not a proper Brazilian, just a basic bikini wax. Would never go back, I felt really uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave.

Such a great service for a really good price. Will come back again very soon, thank you Amia for your service
The shop looked like it was shutting down, not very clean. But the staff were friendly and I'm happy with my shellac mani.

I have had lots of eyelash extensions at various different venues but this experience was unfortunately the worst I've had, to the point where I removed the eyelashes (with suitable eyelash extension remover) on the same day as I just couldn't stand them being on my eyes, they were very sparse (I paid for a half set but it was almost like a quarter set) they were not curling in the right direction and some of the extensions were almost straight, my lashes have a natural curl so the extensions just looked very odd. I tried explaining to the lady but she didn't understand what I meant. With previous eyelash extensions, I have always closed my eyes normally and comfortably while the lady puts them on from behind (I have even fall asleep as I've been so relaxed) however this lady kept telling me to partially open my eyes while she was doing it, so the eyelash glue and fumes were getting in my eyes, making my eyes water and, as a result, the lashes would not stick properly. It was not relaxing at all. The lady herself was very polite and patient, and I would go to her again for other procedures (eg waxing) but I would definitely not get eyelash extensions at this venue again.
