Staff really friendly, place comfortable but I will suggest to put a plexiglass in the manicure stand as the customer need to stay face to face with the assistant for more than half an hour but for the rest was a good experience!

the hygiene in the room was terrible - it was filthy, you had to put your clothes on the floor, the equipment hadn't been washed in months, there were no vents or windows, no mirrors and there were half-used products strewn across the room. there were loads of exposed wires and scorched plug sockets - it felt like a fire waiting to happen.
