It was my first time at Amia and it was a very good experience. Very quick and to the point. Raman completed the waxing for me and was very good! Would definitely recommend :)

The hairstylist was 1/2 an hour late for my appointment, yet no concessions were made to me. Had I been 1/2 hour late for the hair appointment, then I would have probably been charged a missed appointment. Salons need to be punctual as well as clients. I get a brazilian keratin blow dry about every 5-7 weeks so know the process well. I felt the stylist applied the product haphazardly, certainly not meticulously like it has been done at other salons. I also felt 'lectured' at how to take care of my hair after the treatment, despite getting this treatment very regularly and advising the stylist of such.
