It was my first time and the waxer left me feeling at ease and was brilliant and professional.
She left (very) few hairs that I had to get rid of myself, but other than that I would highly recommend her.

They were very busy on the day/had a staff member shortage so I had to go to a salon next door instead but this was not an issue. (all resolved quickly) The lady was very lovely and did a good job. Good value and I'll be going back again.
