I booked the only time I could make and they cancelled on me!
I didn't get their text, walked in at the appointment time and the guy at the counter had no clue what was going on.
He rang the hairdresser and suddenly came up with a big story about a family emergency.
Sorry, but I don't appreciate being lied to. If that was true, he would have told me as soon as I walked in, surely!

It was my first visit to Amia, but I was very pleased - Dee took time and care over my nails and was very friendly so I was very happy with both the results and the time I spent there.

Good service from Raman, although there was a slight delay my waxing was completed quickly and professionally. One suggestion- they could have warned the room up slightly before I entered as it was cold which can affect the hot wax against the cold skin. I would go back again.

Second time visiting Amia. Gopi was wonderful. Booked the waxing combo again but apparently a bit too son. I appreciate Gopi's honesty. Rather than wanting to cash in a treatment, she recommended me to wait a bit longer on my next visit so the finish is better (little hairs, too short to be picked by wax).
