I booked a leg waxing combo and had Gopi as my therapist. The waxing was pain free and quick, I arrived quite late and only had half an hour left until closing time.. Gopi managed to do a professional job and finished just on time which saved me having to come back the next day :) Thanks Gopi!! :)

The lady who performed waxing was in a rush. A job that should have taken nearly an hour was done in less than 20 minutes. She didn't even allow me to give her feedback and ask her to redo the parts she had missed. I had to finish off the job with an epilator when I got home. Overall I left the salon feeling disappointed and ripped off.
This is my second time at this salon. First time I had to wait more than one hour for the staff to arrive but results were satisfactory. This time, I was asked to go down the road to their other branch, and they were fairly on time, but results were unsatisfactory.
