I didn't have a great experience and it is first time I acually feel pain during treatment

I've been to fair few places for hollywood wax over london (pimlico, ealing, bethnal green etc) but this place by far ticks all the boxes and GREAT PRICE! I waited for about 5 mins before somebody told me they were too busy so asked if could I got o their sister- shop a few doors down, I wasn't fussed- it was a 10 second walk (and this had happened to me before). They were expecting me and did my wax immediately. Great wax at good price. Nice friendly staff too which helps

Gopi did my treatment (I had a Hollywood wax) and it was quick and pretty pain free - as pain free as a Hollywood wax can be at least.. Gopi was very professional and it was great value for money. Would definitely return
