Dee was very helpful especially when I was asking about other products I felt she gave her honest opinion rather than trying to force me into another product. She was very quick my treatment was estimated it would take 90 mins it took under an hour which is great when your very busy! Please request Dee she was lovely and did an amazing job :) thank you

The lady who saw to myself and my daughter was brilliant. She has excellent customer service skills and made our visit and experience wonderful. Will definitely book future visits if this is the kind of treatment that is received from the staff.

The staff were very friendly and full of useful tips and aftercare however I did get a bit burnt by the hot wax. I will definitely be going back though. Great value for money!
