I didn't catch the ladies name, but she was lovely. She made me feel very comfortable, I'd happily go back. The only thing that I was frustrated with was that I had to wait 30mims after the time my appointment was booked for. She did apologies for the wait, which was comforting. But it didn't help being in there longer than I needed to be.
