Mona was amazing. I am not used to waxing but she was so patient, reassuring and professional. Very reasonable pricing too, compared to other salons in Ealing that I have used. Will definitely be returning and will ask for Mona.
I went to this place as it had overall a good score and when I got there it was pretty busy albeit I had to wait around 15 mins to be seen. Cut a long story short, the lady that waxed my nails left so much of my hair on my eyebrows that when I got home I had to pluck them into shape myself. She had shown me them after doing the treatment but my vision was pretty blurry as it was definitely the most painful eyebrow wax I've had. My shellac gel nails, it was a trainee girl and although she was shy but pleasant when prepping my nails she didn't even file them into shape. She also has left quite a gap into my skin and nail colour so it looks like my manicures has already outgrown by a week or 2. Sorry to say I won't be returning.
