Was ok, but the woman who did my waxing was heavily blowing on the wax before putting it on, which was slightly unnecessary and probably unhygienic. She didn't seem to be the senior beauty tech I had booked for but did the job alright.

Gopi has a great technique for the bikini area and doesn't hurt you at all, she's very gentle. Very quick and efficient waxing and threading.

Janet was really great, very friendly and made my hair really lovely. :) All the staff and really lovely here too.
Ignore the one 1* review for the hairdresser on here btw, it was a different hairdresser that they previously allowed to book treatwell bookings on now but no longer works there. Only Janet does the hairdressing as far as I know. Definitely would recommend.
