When I arrived the place was chaotic, messy and dark, I booked through treatwell but they already had a manual booking at exactly the same time with the same therapist as someone hadn't put the other booking on the system. They said they would make arrangements and I was to be seated as they also insisted my appointment was later than it was after which they just asked me to wait until their preferred time which was 15 mins, but only came back to nearly 25 min later. I was told by the man in the hat (who I imagine was the manager that someone would be with me and the reason for the delay was that the steam machine for my facial was broken, The therapist (Mona) then came to get me and told me we were going to the sister salon down the road, so I was then escorted reluctantly from one location to the other, when I asked why we were going elsewhere she said she didn't know and it was because the machine for my facial was broken. I then had to wait in the other location for a further 10 mins for the room to be prepared. By this time my facial was going to begin almost 40mins later than I had booked. The price was attractive for a deep cleanse facial and they had last minute availability which was the draw, the experience was quite the opposite as when I was finally in the treatment I was informed it's just a superficial cleanse with no steam, mask or the usual items you would expect she even called it 'not a proper facial'. What baffles me is the delay changed from a double booking to broken equipment, only to find that that it wasn't even needed for my facial and now my facial wasn't even a real one! This really annoyed me and it stressed me out which made the experience not great! My therapist was very apologetic and even gave me an additional neck shoulder massage to compensate, but this wasn't enjoyable due to my initial experience and I was tense throughout the whole treatment. Mona was lovely and the treatment she did give was nicly administered, she was very insistent on me returning to the first salon and leaving feedback which was a little annoying as after a 40 min delay I didn't have time for. The experience at this place is chaotic, if you don't mind madness and you'r attracted by a price then go here, if you're looking for a calm experience then you may need to find somewhere else.

Very quick treatment and painless. The place does not look that clean maybe because the building is old and the inside a bit messy. So definitely not the place to go to feel pampered but they are good at what they do and that's what matters.
