Salon has a strange set up and is dimly lit. During my appointment, Mona kept getting interrupted by walk ins and the phone making my appointment length longer than it should have been. They clearly did not have enough staff working. Mona was very sweet and did a pretty good job with my shellac manicure. I must say that I've had better experiences elsewhere though.

I was 10 minutes early, so I was asked if I wanted to something to drink. Which was nice, while I waited for the room to be set up. My therapist was Mona, even though I booked with Gopi. Mona was lovely and very friendly, she made me very comfortable. Talked me through the treatment. Would defo recommend to anyone.
