Réception was chaotic, far from tranquility and luxury without organisation. The facial started 20 min later than the booking time. The aesthetician was not bad but overall it wasn't a great experience.

I had my eyebrows done by Gopi who was lovely and did a good job! The salon is very close to Ealing Broadway station so the location is very convenient. I would go back again.
