Sadaf was great! Easy to talk to, talked through the waxing treatment and lovely. The place however was very dirty; I asked for the bed to be cleaned, the floor was a state and just not somewhere that sets the tone for a beauty treatment. SadafGuest did ask if I wanted to wait for another treatment room to become available but I didn't have the time.
