Awful! Booked a 1 hour facial for my mum as a surprise gift. The therapist made my mum wait 20 minutes past her appointment time and then cut her facial short by 20 minutes! So not only was she 20 minutes late in seeing my mum, she ended the facial after 40 minutes even though i paid for an hour! A complete waste for £35 for a below-average facial. No ambience whatsoever in the treatment room either. Will never book from here again.
