The staff did not introduce themselves or even smile. I was asked to come for my hairwash. No one offered to take my coat or my bag. I then had to place it on a chair myself. When I was asked what I wanted there was no smile from the lady it's as if she didn't want to be there. She gave no advise or anything just cut my hair in silent. She didn't ask how my parting usually is whether I wanted a fringe or anything . The vibe I received was not to ask anything. I had a blow dry felt like she was ripping my hair didn't even untangle. I would not recommend this to anyone. It was my first time there and I spent ages looking for a salon to get a trim but everywhere else was quite highly priced for trim only.

I had a lot of Hollywood waxes in my life, and this one was among the worst. The room did not seem clean. The therapist didn't use any talc and it was much more painful than usual, she didn't hold my skin and asked me to do this (first time in my life I was asked to do this, quite awkward and not hygienic). When I got home, my underwear was covered in blood smears and I noticed that the therapist didn't remove all the hairs. Definitely won't come back.
